anglais Canadian cinematography has always been peculiar. This time, they tried their hand at a regular slasher, and the atmosphere is not bad, but in the first half an hour, absolutely nothing happens. Which means that you’re sitting on your sofa (where else, given it’s a Netflix move) and watch a bunch of totally uninteresting people talk in French about something that doesn’t interest you at all. Then, fortunately, the proper slasher starts, but it doesn’t last that long. Plus, because those people really got on your nerves, you wouldn’t mind a more brutal massacre, but it fails to materialize. ()
