anglais The television series Kingdom remains a good show to watch in its second season. It is a television series for horror enthusiasts who love zombies, although it is also a show for lovers of good historical period dramas. Kingdom is an extremely well-made mash-up of genres and will hopefully have more follow-ups. There is something for everyone, and together it works. ()

anglais South Korea is out in force, serving up the second season of the historical zombie romp Kingdom, which is arguably even better than the first. The very opening episode is reminiscent of the landmark World War Z and it had me almost squirming in tension. I had a bit of a problem with the characters, I'd forgotten them over the year and it took me a while to get a proper grasp of the plot, but otherwise, it’s absolutely brilliant. I also really enjoyed the palace intrigue and power struggles, which South Korea can handle perfectly, and the action itself is also excellent. It's gripping, bloody, adrenaline-fuelled and engagingly filmed. The crown prince and the tiger hunter reign supreme once again, and the cliffhanger for the third season was unexpected this time. Not since World War Z has there been anything better with a zombie theme, so catch up!
