L'Homme au parapluie (S01E03)

The third episode “goes back to the roots” of the first. The game is more sophisticated and inventive, but it has lost the instant glamour and the element of surprise. It's interesting to watch the characters that this time don't go into the unknown, but instead try to capitalize on the experience from the previous game. (26/01/2022)

The third episode is my favorite so far. As I hinted earlier, there's some twisted part of me that oddly enjoys these death games, so I was thrilled to see the story return to the island. With fewer contestants this time and a lower prize, the characters are starting to come into their own. I can't help but wonder who is sponsoring this competition, though. That entire complex, down to the geometrical staff, must have cost a fortune. I wouldn't even want to foot the bill for all the ammunition they're burning through. (01/02/2022)
