Chastity, Ricky, Abe et Todd, quatre adolescents aux hormones en ébullition, travaillent dans le seul cinéma de leur petite ville conservatrice. Mr Pike, le gérant, sorte de coach de vie chrétien ultra pratiquant, les aiguille sur la voie de la prière et de la piété. Un soir, restés seuls avec Jeff, le projectionniste, ils découvrent un passage vers un cinéma souterrain, à l’abandon. Ils y trouvent une ancienne bobine, qu’ils décident de visionner. Ils vont ainsi libérer par erreur Lilith, démon sexuel et sanguinaire… Pour les quatre ados de Porno, film comico-horrifique, la rédemption arrivera de manière inattendue, grâce à la pornographie.
