Future Man (2017)

anglais This TV show smells of Seth Rogen from miles away. In-your-face humor that pokes fun of current consumerism, which at the same time refers to current pop-culture, has always been his forte. But, being a fan of old action movies, I don’t know whether I should be ecstatic about it or whether I should simply accept it as fact. I mean the references to old action movies may be nice, but in the context of the level of the jokes that is not unlike the cartoon Sausage Party, I sometimes had to force myself not to turn the thing off. And it’s definitely not because I was offended, but because I don’t know if I find Seth’s stoner ideas funny. Episode seven is a must, that is for sure. James Cameron’s crib was amazing. Other than that, it keeps following the same formula and I actually don’t know whether I enjoyed it or not. ()
