Un groupe d'aliens déguisés en humains reviennent sur Terre pour reprendre des cocons de leur espèce (de la planète Antarea) qu'ils avaient laissés lors d'un précédent voyage. anglais I have only vague memories of Na Zámotek from my childhood, and when it caught up with me in the late hours of the night after many years, I was in the mood for everything but it. However, the film proved me wrong from the first minute, managing to make me laugh, surprise me, melt my heart, and even move me in several places. The magic and "familiarity" of the 80s in its purest form. ()

anglais Cocoon is an ideal film for everyone tired of the flood of negative news about natural disasters, wars, crime, and human suffering. It is actually one of the few movies where evil is practically absent; it is a pleasant film with a positive tone, a decent cast, good acting performances, and professional direction. Giving it two stars is actually unfair, but I give them because the film always bored me. It lacks some more significant dramatic conflict related to the absence of the aforementioned evil. The film about a group of retirees who regain their lost youth thanks to a visit from an alien civilization is suitable for anyone who wants to spend a pleasant moment with a film that they will most likely forget in a few hours. Overall impression: 45%. ()

anglais If I had seen the movie earlier, it would have amazed me much more. The concept itself is quite nice, which eventually led to it being a comedy/family film somewhat in the style of "E.T.", but it doesn't have a very good plot development and, honestly, it is scenaristically simplistic and lacks progression from the very beginning.
