Another self-contained episode. There really isn't much to go on this time around, except perhaps Yennefer, who generally has a lot of potential, but the important thing will definitely be how they work with that potential and develop her character further. Either way, there's a little mythology and new names and new characters in each episode, which brings a bit of chaos, but in a reprehensible way. ()
Overall, I was pretty content with this episode, but I couldn't help but feel a bit disappointed by how they portrayed the poor mimic. In DnD terms, he'd definitely be more of a confusedly good character, but here, they turned him into a psychopathic serial killer. However, putting that aside, the fun with the genie was enjoyable, and Yennefer's distraction tactics were on point, so I can't complain too much. ()
