The new transfer student can see dead people… Narumi Inoue has a problem with the new girl in school. It’s not that Hibiki Amami is impolite or a bully… it’s just that she sees, speaks with, and befriends ghosts! Now, it’s at the point that when  Amami’s around, Inoue sometimes sees them too, spelling disaster for a girl who’s terrified of anything supernatural. However, Amami’s genuine kindness makes it hard for Inoue to ignore her, especially when her friends Kyoko, Kana, and Makoto, as well as the other students, have accepted Amami’s habit of talking to thin air and walking around invisible obstacles. With gentle coaxing (and the knowledge that her departed grandmother is watching over her), Inoue finds herself immersed in Amami’s strange, other worldly adventures. Fulfilling the last wishes of the dead might not be a normal after-school activity, but at least they’ll always know why the ghost crossed to the other side in Re-Kan! (MVM Entertainment)

anglais After the second episode, this show seemed quite pointless. Plus, I found myself counting down to the end of the episode, which meant I was quite bored. The main female protagonist has no personality, and her speech puts me to sleep. Her friend is a better character, although not much. She is the one who will not accept that ghosts exist even though she plays with them for hours in the park, and that just does not make her that interesting I am afraid. The couple of "supporting" girls strike me as totally out of place, and I could do without them. Reflections on whether ghosts or humans are better somehow seem a bit stupid. Plus, there is the perverted chick who is supposed to be entertaining, and I do not like her at all. Anyway, since I can predict that this will probably not go anywhere and is pretty shallow, drop after the second episode. ()
