At the end of his marriage, David leaves on a business trip to give his wife much-needed space. When airplanes start mysteriously falling out of the sky and cell towers fail across the nation, he finds himself trapped. This American attempt at making a cheap horror film starring aliens, called Alienate, isn’t very good. The filmmakers forgot that it was supposed to be a horror film, that it was supposed to have a bit of sci-fi, and they somehow forgot that people were going to be watching it who wanted to see something they hadn't seen before, or at least something that would entertain them. Unfortunately, there's nothing here to entice them.
