Three curious kids accidentally trip an egg-shaped time machine into operation and find themselves back 65 million years in the middle of a nest of dinosaur eggs. The first thing they see is a giant T-Rex staring down at them in happy wonder. They're not food, they're family! A rather ordinary film that lacks a surprising plot, doesn't have a surprising ending and tries to moralize a lot about the importance of family. I don't claim that those are bad values, it's just quite dull. The visuals are rather nice, the humor is more childish, and it’s simply another animated movie that will be forgotten quite easily.
