A secret government lab run by Dr. Hess (Art LaFleur) has been trying to create the ultimate killer using the DNA of infamous killers Jeffrey Dahmer (Ford Austin) and John Wayne Gacy (Randal Malone), but there's one big problem: they've escaped! Bloody mayhem stretches across the United States as they go on the ultimate killing spree. Trying to stop the maniacal madness is Ringo, a hick warrior being trained by God (Harland Williams), using only a shotgun and a bottle of whiskey. "Dahmer vs. Gacy" is a movie that has a sense of exaggeration, it tries to offer some criticism, but those are just small flashes that only make it watchable for a while. However, most of the time, you will simply sigh and say to yourself that this is truly something that doesn't meet any expectations you had based on the title. In some cases, it's probably better to read a little bit about the movie beforehand. However, what you finally see will still significantly differ from anything you can imagine, and it will be negative.
