Alors que Clochette se promène avec Vidia, elles aperçoivent dans un jardin une ravissante maison de fées. Désireuse de la visiter, Clochette s’en approche dangereusement, malgré les conseils de prudence de Vidia. Ce que la jeune intrépide ignore, c’est que la maison appartient à une petite fille de 8 ans du nom de Lizzy. Et lorsque cette dernière approche, il trop tard pour faire demi-tour ! Clochette se retrouve désormais prisonnière, révélant ainsi aux humains l’existence des fées. Vidia et ses amies vont dès lors tout faire pour la libérer… (Walt Disney Company France)

Beautiful. For all my fears that Tinkerbell and the Disney fairies in general would be dumber and cheesier than all the Barbie movies combined, I have to admit that it's really not that bad. Even Barbie films have fluctuations, from the explicitly good ones to the ones I consider a punishment, and it's the same with the Tinker Bell movie. Even among her films, you can find magical adventures that will take you back to childhood and adulthood. This is certainly the case with Tinker Bell and the Great Fairy Rescue. The combination of the world of mini fairies with the world of a little girl who is a fan of fairies and has the perfect dollhouse, which is just the right size for our little fairy, is an absolutely touching idea. And it works. :)

For the fact that the film is full of humor, which is definitely not bad, but occasionally really amusing, and for the fact that it is beautifully fairytale-like, pleasant, and simply one knows that it will end well, I give it 60%, because I think this is something that can really entertain children. Moreover, if an adult watches it, they will realize how distant it is from the world of children and maybe it will even motivate them to pay a little more attention to their children, if they haven't done so until now.
