Doté d'un cerveau artificiel qui a nécessité des années de travail, Proteus IV est mis à la disposition des intelligences humaines qui l'ont créé. Though it’s certainly well above par, this film felt a little unbalanced. The beginning is quite slow (actually, it’s pretty boring), but around the middle, the story gathers momentum and the riveting climax made me add the fourth star. As a whole, it’s one of the best films about artificial intelligence that I’ve seen so far. Another contributing factor was the performance of the main character, she was very good, and even the design of the computer was quite modern, it didn’t look ridiculous today. 75%
