anglais I remember the first Hatchet as a nice horror comedy snack and I wanted the same from the sequel, but unfortunately, it failed to meet those expectations. Either I needed less to be satisfied four years ago, or there has been a significant drop in quality, or rather, a drop in the fun and the likeability, because the first one was also quite crap (but intentionally). The only positive thing I find in this quasi-horror flick is the above average carnage in the second half, but on the other hand, considering the “uncut and unrated” statement, it’s still quite weak. Otherwise, there’s nothing good. The first half, where ABSOLUTELY NOTHING interesting happens, is a clear candidate to be skipped. It was so awful that it put me in a state of total apathy, to the point that the second, more action-packed half never had a chance the save the result. And about the murders: they are original to the point of cringe almost. Adam Green, sod this, you were better with the more serious Frozen. 3/10 ()
