The film "Victim: Blood Hunter" is a hybrid of horror and action movie, which lacks an interesting story. The problem lies with the main antagonist, who is incredibly boring. Carla Gugino, who could have had an interesting character, disappears from the scene too often. And ultimately, even the main heroine, played by Lucy Liu, is not a particularly well-written character. It's simply a better-than-average mediocrity.
