anglais Another entirely unnecessary remake. It goes by pretty quickly, but the lack of thrilling moments and logical character behaviour makes The Hitcher a mediocre film at best – and that's only in the stronger moments. ()

anglais Solid thriller, sufficiently dynamic, bloody, and relentless to captivate for about 90 minutes, with well-staged car accidents and a superb Sean Bean, he plays the killer role perfectly. The duo of teenagers doesn't offer anything innovative, but surprisingly, it's not too disruptive either. As a one-off, it's quite satisfying. If it weren't for the strong original, it could have been above average. I quite enjoyed it and didn't expect much, the atmosphere works, and technically, the film is on an excellent level. ()
