Season 9 (2013) (S09)

anglais To be honest, I didn't think I could still enjoy the series, but if I ignore the beginning and end of the series, there were episodes that were either good or so outlandish that I was entertained by their bizarreness. It's still funny in places and I'm glad for that. This is one of the few shows where I would almost prefer if the main characters didn't develop in any way. Or at least develop so that they don't keep dying and coming back from the dead. ()

Season 10 (2014) (S10)

anglais You could almost say that this is season nine all over again, except that this time it's not Sam who's in deep shit, it's Dean. It's really just a matter of how he gets out of the mess and who dies and possibly comes back and in what form. Fortunately, there are still episodes that don't directly develop the main line, and those remain the best. It's sad, but it's been obvious for a long time now that the main storyline has nowhere to go if it's still going to be done in the style of one of the brothers dying. ()

Season 11 (2015) (S11)

anglais I have to say that I quite liked the eleventh season, which is the first time I’ve liked a season in a while. While it seemed like it might be a case of one of the brothers dying again or coming out the other side, it's not. Instead, the old characters return to kick the story up a notch, and they’re quite successful at it. It is bigger than the big evil, but that's to be expected, and for once, it's pretty tolerable. The finale works quite well in its grandeur, thanks to the interesting (and unexpected) interconnection of the characters' fates. ()

Season 12 (2016) (S12)

anglais I have to admit that with the eleventh and twelfth seasons, Supernatural got quite a bit better again. The beauty of it is that the brothers don't try to die unnecessarily, there are new characters and even some returning ones you might not expect. It’s true that the last episode of the series felt very far-fetched, but I’m pretty curious to see what the aftermath will be and what the thirteenth season will offer. It could still get very interesting. ()

Season 13 (2017) (S13)

anglais I thought the thirteenth season of Supernatural was very weak. In fact, I did not really care much about how it turned out. I rather enjoyed the middle part, where the episode called Scoobynatural is just great. I even laughed at that. However, the other world, the return of some of the characters, and the end of one of the brothers were something I did not enjoy because it was too repetitive. ()

Season 14 (2018) (S14)

anglais The fourteenth season of Supernatural gives viewers nothing new. It just subtly moves the plot along, although it is obvious that the show’s creators wanted to shock. However, how are they supposed to shock their audience when they keep killing off the same characters? I liked the show a lot, I gave it a chance for the fifteenth last season, but those episodes were a bit much. Plus, there were too many episodes. ()

Season 15 (2019) (S15)

anglais The biggest weakness of the fifteenth season of Supernatural is definitely the last episode, which lets everything that went before down. It could have worked if it had been more emotional, more moving, but as it stands, it is almost devoid of feeling, so its potential remains untapped. The lack of emotion means that all the fans got was something they would most likely like to forget. It would have been best for all involved if the people behind it had never made it. ()
