Deux agents du FBI sont chargés d'escorter un témoin sous protection, ils sont alors obligés d'emprunter une route condamnée afin d'échapper aux hommes qui les traquent. Mais les agents ignorent que la route empruntée a été l'endroit d'effroyables massacres et que, depuis, toutes les personnes qui s'y sont aventurées n'en sont jamais revenues.... The American movie Route 666 is like a failed attempt at something like From Dusk Till Dawn as it is not nearly as entertaining. It has a much worse screenplay, and it can get really boring. However, it is quite fun when it comes to the killing, especially thanks to the jackhammer, although that is about it. In other respects, Route 666 does not have much to offer and will soon fade from everyone's memories.
