anglais Jokey nonsense that overdoes it in more than a few scenes. The villains are dumb cretins and the actors who played them are really horrible. Just lucky that Bruce Willis is a fountain of wisecracks and Andie MacDowell looks really good here. The movie doesn’t take itself at all seriously and I have the feeling that Bruce wanted to see Italy, and so he combined business and pleasure. ()

anglais I knew it was probably going to be crap, I knew it was the film that lost the most money history (about $57 million), and I also knew that Willis is really good in purely comedic roles. Regardless, I was really looking forward to Hudson Hawk – crazy parodies with familiar faces always appeal to me. Well, the result is really unimaginable. The plot is stupid to such an extent that the action gems with Chuck Norris could be screened at film academies, the goofy actors make fun of themselves, and the screenwriter sweats a lot for a really good joke. But Bruce Willis, with his irresistibly iconic grin, enjoys his role so much that we end up believing him. Besides, there's always something going on, the story has tremendous drive and in the second half it's just bursting with crazy gags, which fortunately include a few unforgettable ones, while the action-packed ending puts such a crown on the whole thing that I'd regret the 2* for the rest of my life, even though it would probably be well deserved. 55% ()
