Philomena Cunk tells the story of the birth of two of the world’s great religions and learns what came next: the fall of the Roman Empire, the Dark Ages, the Crusades and Genghis Khan. So a bit of a rough patch for mankind, if we’re honest. Along the way, Philomena asks experts hard-hitting questions about humanity’s progress and stands on or near impressive old ruins and inside museums, before the shot cuts away to some archive footage of the bits that don’t exist anymore or were too expensive to film at. anglais Philomena Cunk focused on religion this time, and I realized that I find the official explanation even dumber than her somewhat peculiar knowledge. At least Philomena can make me laugh. However, I don't want it to seem like I'm only laughing; the fact is that she also made me learn a lot of new things. This time, I discovered that Jesus, a historical figure like Garfield, was born Jewish but soon converted to carpentry. And yes, it's beyond me how Christianity could have spread so much when he only had twelve followers. / Lesson learned: I find it entertaining when supporters of different religions fight each other.
