It’s so bad, that it’s bad.

There's always another guy around the age of ten who won't mind the first x episodes that much, that it's about nothing, that those actors are worse than he would play himself, that each episode becomes the same and that he actually doesn't know how, what and why. But back then, it really had something.

The ratings are based a fair bit on nostalgia, because when you watch it years later, you can see how flawed it is, how awkward some of the characters are, how the entire show is actually very awkward in some ways, and how it often screams out that it's cheap and the creators didn't even try very hard. Yet the characters - especially the original ones - are just so close to my childhood that even now I'm not downright offended by the show, but it's definitely not the same anymore.
