A stripper is horribly disfigured in a car accident. A brilliant scientist develops a treatment that restores her beauty and falls in love with her. To preserve her appearance the doctor must give her additional treatments using glands taken from murdered women. His unexplained ability to turn into a hideous monster helps with this problem but does nothing to win her love. The film "Seddok, the heir of Satan" has quite a charge at the beginning, but it gradually fades away and becomes a tedious boredom where not much significant happens. Yes, there is a monster with a mask, but it only appears a few times. There is tension, but it is quickly extinguished. And so, the entire potential that the horror has in its introduction is drowned in the banality of the storytelling, which is too skeletal, too straightforward, and empty.
