anglais A Korean sci-fi smash hit with two acting aces! Yoo Gong (Train to Busan) is an agent with the task of safely transporting Park bo Gum, who is an artificially created clone with the ability of telekinesis. The Americans have a grudge against him and that makes the mission a bit more dangerous than it initially seemed. Beautifully shot, smart with interesting philosophical reflections, strong emotions, ominous music, and excellent action. The highway shootout is reminiscent of Sicario, it was quite brutal and intense, and I also enjoyed the play with telekinesis (I liked seeing a guy being smashed into the ground, splitting the concrete). There were also a few short and fast fights, and the finale is quite grand, although I honestly expected a bit more courage there, but it was decent. There aren't many films about clones with telekinesis, so I'm glad for this addition, even though I could imagine it being even more action-packed and wild, but they tried to appeal to more than just action fans. I’m hesitate with the rating, but thanks to the generous running time of only 90 minutes and the fresh subject of clones, I will give it a slight boost. 7/10. ()
