anglais Of the Marvel paper heroines, Kamala is my favourite, so I was looking forward to the series, but a little scared at the same time. She does, in fact, have a much more important role in the Ms. Marvel books than just saving the world. This character has done so much for (not only) the Muslim community by introducing, especially in America, an ordinary teenager with unexpected superpowers dealing with family and adolescence, as well as with with prejudices against her origins. The Kamala of the book proved that you can successfully deal with everything at once, and so does the one in the series. Excellent in the first three episodes, a little less so in the second half, but still enjoyable and without any cringe. I'm almost sorry that she was given a series to start and not a movie, because, especially with the amazing Iman Vellani, she could easily be on par with Tom Holland's Spider-Man. ()
