Herschell Gordon Lewis made trash movies, which is why he also became so well-known, albeit in a relatively limited community. However, this director has some really weak pieces, and How to Make a Doll is one of the weakest for me. It's simply quite boring, where not much happens, and where it just isn't enough that a few fairly attractive girls in bikinis appear. That's really not much at all. ()
