Julian Taylor (Dean Cain), a Marine veteran and former middleweight boxing champion, loses control in a bar fight and ends up serving time for aggravated assault in Retrive Prison. Not long after his arrival, Julian finds himself caught in the middle of a scandal that an undercover cop died trying to expose: the depraved, secret practice of using the guards' attack dogs to hunt inmates for sport and money.
