Raul it’s an old scrap metal recolecter. He uses it for sustain the base of Mexico City’s buildings, wich are constructed over a muddy subsoil. After he became old, his daughter put him into an asilum, but there’s nothing can stops Raul from his sense of duty, and save the city from an inminnet colapse.
