For the first time, I had to knock off a star. The story still flows well, but the Christian brainwashing slowed things down way too much. And Deep’s Throat, aka Starlight, aka Annie, started veering dangerously close to a goody-goody during her speech, which has me worried about where her character is headed. On the bright side, Butcher’s use of an unconventional weapon was a total highlight.
