anglais I was excited to see this film because my favorite pair of actors Pegg/Frost were in it. I was looking forward to a silly affair the likes of Hot Fuzz, but I was disappointed. There was very little humor (just occasional flashes), the script wasn’t worth much, and I was bored all too often. The two stars might be too high a rating, but I had to give one for Michael Sheen alone. ()

anglais The Czech translation of the title of the British movie Slaughterhouse Rulez was not very good as it was called something like Kick-Ass School, which is a bit off and does not make much sense. The school feels a bit like Hogwarts, even if there is very little magic involved. Slaughterhouse Rulez wants to have its cake and eat it by being both a horror movie and a movie accessible to everyone. It has more comedy than horror, plus a fantasy element, which is to be expected. Adults are probably not going to enjoy it much, although I am not sure kids will either. ()
