(ADN)

anglais There have been some exceptional ecchi anime series released this season, and I am pretty sure about this one. It is incredibly funny and it made me laugh a lot during the first few episodes. It was very entertaining all the way through the season. I feel the vulgar slang was overused unnecessarily, although I am not surprised considering how extreme the setting is. I could somehow not imagine not using swearing because there are just times in life when one well-intentioned swear word expresses more than twenty sentences could. The environment is taken to extremes and is an incredibly interesting plus, it made me ask a lot of questions, and it is a pity that I did not get answers to most of the things I was wondering about. I should probably mention that this show is enlightening at times; for example, some of the statistics that appeared in the second episode are fascinating, and, in general, the demonstration of what happens to a person when he suppresses his instincts were a joy to watch from a scientific point of view. As far as the characters go, the main male protagonist is quite interesting, and I found him easy to like. The main female protagonist is completely loopy, and her lines are very amusing sometimes. Anna amused me the most because, in the beginning, she did not know what hit her ("I thought she was a beautiful girl eating a big mushroom..."), from which she very quickly went to another, even more interesting extreme. Then she turned out to be a scientist interested in observing flies. However, then again, some of the characters, like the girl who looked like a penis and even Raiki Gouriki, did not win me over and were sometimes annoying. Nevertheless, I can appreciate how they approach sex with dirty jokes, and I thought it was a hilarious and original approach to the erotic topic. The setting is great, even though I agree with a fellow FilmBooster reviewers that the beginning was great, and then it, unfortunately, started to run out of steam in the second half of the season. For example, "White Peak," who put his underwear in his Martini, was disgusting. Still, I thought it was above average, and although I found the second half of the season disappointing, it failed to spoil my final impression, although I cannot go higher than 7.5/10. ()
