The Snow Queen is a powerful story of friendship and the triumph of love over wickedness. The story follows a young woman who is forced to battle the wicked snow queen in order to save the soul of the man she loves. (texte officiel du distributeur)

A boring and incredibly pointlessly long fairytale, with TV standard production design, unlikeable child protagonists and weird directing. Simply a typical result for a Hallmark production. Not much magic remained in this adaptation of the wonderful Anderson fairytale. The only sort of bright light here is Bridget Fonda, but not even she has a chance to revive the languid and murderous three hours of running time. ()
