Dans un monde où la place de chacun dans la société est déterminée dès l’enfance, seuls les meilleurs peuvent accéder au bonheur. Lors de l’examen décisif s’affrontent ceux qui ont choisi d’étudier (classe L / Learning) et ceux qui ont opté pour la triche (classe C / Cheating). Mumei Shokatsu (classe C) et Koi Oh (classe L) se retrouvent le jour des épreuves et devront se résoudre à s’affronter… ou à s’unir. (Crunchyroll)

anglais I do not mind a show occasionally being over-the-top and presenting strange combinations. However, this battle shonen set in the context of school exams and especially cheating on tests just does not sit well with me. Perhaps it is because I just do not like this peculiar combination. Perhaps it is because I am not that into peculiar fights and techniques anymore, or perhaps I just cannot get excited about all the sophisticated technology anymore. Perhaps it is even because I am looking for meaning where it is not there. I am told this show is funny; I have read that somewhere. Unfortunately, I did not find anything amusing during the first two episodes. There is some action, although somehow, I did not find it interesting enough to continue just for the sake of that. Dropped after the second episode, and the impression I got would be around 2/10. ()
