The doctor and professor Herman Lundborg was the leader of the world's first state institute of race biology 1922 – 1935. One could say that he was obsessed with miscegenation and his major scientific project in Lapland – mapping the Sami downfall. In his travels Lundborg is drawn to a woman with Finnish-Sami background, and they have children. (Umeå European Film Festival)
