The first episode surprised me mainly because the presence of Elijah Wood in the series doesn't bother me at all, even though he has been getting on my nerves since everything was flooded. The plot seems interesting and funny to me, although it's true that nothing makes sense to me yet, because new questions are constantly being asked and not a single answer is given. But that's not a problem, I love Lynch's films and especially the Twin Peaks series, so I understand that owls are not what they seem.
