The movie tries to be a bit of horror, a bit of mystery thriller, and a bit of sci-fi, but it's really just a little of everything, and in the end, it's just a standard scheme wrapped in a pseudo-new, different story. In essence, it's not really great, and the film probably won't stay in your memory for long.
