Considering it's a sequel, it feels more like another episode of a series that could easily be on TV, and even there, it might not fare well. These are the kinds of things you don't even really want to watch because they just don't give you much at all. The special effects are quite poor, and it’s narratively rather dull, though at least occasionally there's a somewhat interesting mask, if nothing else.
