In that it is a continuation, it is rather another episode of a series that could easily be a TV show and even there it would not end well. These are things you don't really want to watch because it doesn't give you much. Very poorly executed in terms of special effects, quite boring in terms of plot, at least occasionally a slightly interesting mask, if nothing else.
