Fool's Day is a dark comedy about a 4th grade class that pull an innocent, April Fool's prank on their teacher...that accidentally kills her. Panicked and convinced they will go to prison, the blood splattered classmates try to cover up the murder and dispose of the body before their D.A.R.E. officer shows up for his weekly lesson. anglais I feel like the end credits should have arrived with the April Fool's Day point, but I'll take it for what it is. I especially appreciate the willingness to push the pedal in every respect, made possible by the particularly divine work with the child cast, who are out of this world and are able to perfectly conjure the archetypal characters of the common class. anglais I laughed a lot. It’s carried by the performances of the kids and the script is full of verbal and situational gags that sometimes made my sides hurt (high-five!). Available on Vimeo. ()

anglais A brilliant 19-minute short set in an elementary school where students play an April Fool's joke on a teacher, but it gets out of control. Funny, brutal, entertaining, original, well acted (the Sheriff is excellent), and the ending is a treat. I have nothing to fault here, this is quality. 10/10. ()
