That's how you'll get what you expect, but unfortunately nothing more. A woman believes a guy who is nice to her and gives her a ride. He turns out to be a jerk, so she takes control. This leads to her getting stuck in the car with the illusion of cutting off her leg. However, in reality, it ends up being quite boring and terribly predictable, which is a shame.
