Director Wong Jing continues his blockbuster series of "God of Gamblers" with the talented comedian Stephen Chow once again. Gambling comedy has been one of the favorite movie genres of Hong Kong audience. Apart from its heart-racing scenario, the hilarious slapstick comedy is always the main attraction. Coming back learning from the God of Gambler, Star (Stephen Chow) accidentally falls into a time tunnel and back to Shanghai in 1937, where he meets his grandfather Fook, Yvonne and Danny and an exciting adventure starts... anglais Decent craziness, which isn't bad, but somehow it has transitioned from a fairly realistic action movie with humor to a fantastical movie that still has humor, but no longer has as good action and certainly doesn't have as good gambling scenes as the original "God of Gamblers". It's a shame that it's being turned into more of a theater play. ()
