At first glance, it seems like a nice family film, but when you think about it, this is really nothing more than a classic retelling of the birth of Spider-Man, except with the difference that the boy here is truly small and does not have spider abilities, but ant abilities, which is also not a big novelty. The plot is then standard comic book material, offering nothing new, it's just even more softened.
