Following the events of the Dragon Ball Z television series, after the defeat of Majin Buu, a new power awakens and threatens humanity. Beerus, an ancient and powerful God of Destruction, searches for Goku after hearing rumours of the Saiyan warrior who defeated Frieza. Realizing the threat Beerus poses to their home planet, the Z-fighters must find a way to stop him before it’s too late. I have never delved into this phenomenon, as I am more focused on Pokémon, but I wanted to try a movie from this series since the opportunity presented itself to me. It is obviously a well-developed world, but that doesn't change the fact that it couldn't captivate me significantly. Perhaps if I had been following it from the beginning, it would be different. As it is, it's simply an animated spectacle with action and cute heroes.
