anglais The film Victim managed to extract quite a bit from its theme, even though the acting performances certainly aren't what adorn it, at least not on all fronts. However, when the film focuses solely on the trio - the victim and her captors - it's good within its capabilities and conveys the right atmosphere, not one of fear, but one of hopelessness, where madness begins to take over everything. anglais The trailer already made clear that Victim would be one of those perverted indie films like Human Centipede or Deadgirl. And it’s exactly that. I can’t say I like this kind of films very much, but when they are well made, they have a bigger effect on me than most of the commercial genre bullshit of the last few years, something that I’m happy to appreciate with some slight overrating. PS: Dr. Heiter remains unsurpassed, but the little doctor here that looks like a paedophile Nazi priest does have something. ()
