Vile

Vile begins with a man strapped down on a hospital bed, with what the audience can only assume is a sick doctor inflicting various acts on this man that cause him pain. This particular man of medicine is interested in making a drug that is created by chemicals in the brain that are released when the human body undergoes sensations of pain.
