Effet placebo (2011) (S02E09)

anglais The episode seamlessly continued the story and humor from the previous one. Sterling’s rampage was so hilarious it had me in stitches. I can already picture people being outraged at the show's humor about a deadly disease, but as someone who’s irreversibly closer to the grave than most, I loved it and had a great time watching. ()

El Secuestro (2011) (S02E10)

anglais I love learning new things. This episode could’ve been titled The Truth About Cheryl or The Truth About Pam. I had a great time again as the creators revealed more character depth and threw in a wild shootout. ()

Jeu Monégasque (2011) (S02E11)

anglais This one really felt like a Bond movie. The action moved to Monaco with everything that goes with it — Formula cars, luxury, high-stakes casino games, a wild chase, and plenty of gunfire. The episode got an extra twist with the embezzled pension fund and the employees' reactions. ()

Nuits blanches (2011) (S02E12)

anglais The creators continued their quest for exotic locations. After Monaco, we’re off to Russia — specifically Moscow, and even more specifically, Lubyanka. Now that’s some serious exotica. Barry Dillon was a fantastic choice as Sterling’s rescuer since his price for help never changes. ()

On n'aime qu'une fois (2011) (S02E13)

anglais I had high expectations for the season finale, and I would’ve been disappointed if the creators had dropped the ball. Luckily, they handled it perfectly. The episode wrapped up the story so well that I can’t wait for the next season. ()
