Living Death

A call alerting her to her little sister’s disappearance leads young Hee-jin to return home. Her mother, a fanatical religious convert, insists that only prayers came make her come back but Hee-jin doesn’t hesitate to call the police. As a less than enthusiastic detective takes charge of the case, strange suicides begin to occur in the apartment building. (Sitges Film Festival)
