An engrossing script by Michael Wilson has Hoppy and company settling down only to be frustrated in the attempt by Jory who owns the water and nefariously swindles neighbor ranchers out of both cattle and land. When its Hoppy's turn Jory finds more difficulty and compensates with a devious plan. After being framed as a rustler, Hoppy's only hope is to catch the real culprits.
