Yuichi hasn't seen his cousin Nayuki in years. Now that he's back, all knowledge of ever visiting has vanished. He tries to adjust to the vaguely familiar surroundings, but the gaps in his memory haunt him as time grows short. The pieces of the puzzle have appeared - an eerily silent beauty with blazing tresses, the mysterious girl with the winged backpack, and the sword-wielding demon slayer - but it's up to Yuichi to discover how they fit together. anglais A beautiful, sad story with an ending that kind of prevents me from giving it a full score. I guess I'm a bit of a masochist. Not that there's anything wrong with the way it ends, God forbid, but it didn't sit right with me. However, I believe a lot of others will like that ending. I enjoyed the opening sequence only with the last (penultimate) episode, before that it didn't really impress me. The ending theme didn't interest me at all, hear it once and throw it away, not bad, but my taste doesn't favor it. The girls, appearing here, around the main character, all seemed to me kind of the same; sure, each had their pros and cons, each had their feelings, but they had something in common, what it is I won't say, because I can't figure it out myself. Maybe when it clicks... But the biggest plus of this anime is mainly the one that forgot what happened 7 years ago – Aizawa Yuuichi. I loved his sense of humor beyond measure, his jokes, teasing the others, it was just amazing. He kept it up for a long, long time, until he started to suffer too much and the pranks disappeared, luckily, it was only for the last few episodes, so all ok. Plus, his comments probably wouldn't have been appropriate (For me yes, for the script no -_^ ). Otherwise, getting back to the girls – they were all fine, not one of them got on my nerves, not one of them showed her panties, not one of them suffered from the "I-have-small-boobs-what-now?" complex. It's definitely an above average schoolboy anime spiced up with the supernatural. ()

anglais I had avoided this anime series for a long time because I knew I had to prepare myself mentally. I still vividly remember how Clannad and Clannad: After Story got me, and I just knew this would be similar. Well, it was just as I expected, even though it still caught me off guard. Kanon introduced me to some of the coolest and cutest anime characters I have ever seen (Makoto, Ayu, Shiori, etc.), and they made me fall head over heels in love with them. They even added cute interjections to make them seem even more appealing. However, they then showed me that life is not a bed of roses and how much it can hurt, so I cried like a baby once again and let myself ride the waves of this show that was something incredible, emotional, cute, funny, and incredibly sad. Luckily, the end came, and exactly what I subconsciously wished for happened, and so I thought it was just perfect in the end. This anime series is just such a little miracle in itself, in my opinion. 10/10. ()
