anglais A Bollywood variation on the tried-and-tested Western crime drama starring a charismatic policeman. Jaie Dixit just got married and is solving a case that could cost him his career. Meanwhile, he's grooming a petty crook into a potential partner, etc., etc., etc... we all know the drill. And unsurprisingly, it works here too. Action follows humor, and humor is followed by pleasant musical interludes. The most successful is the domestic newlywed song in contrast to the title hit, which only gained proper momentum after the reworking. So if you're into, say, Ocean's Eleven, there's no reason not to check out Blast (and its sequels). Also with the clear promise that Blast 2 will have even better griddles. Nevertheless, the local villain John Abraham is already worthy of increased attention. ()
