anglais Confused, not completely sewn up, almost surprisingly cold in terms of sentiment and form in a crushing victory over content? No, don’t worry... More like fresh, surprising, genre-non-committal, inventive, pleasantly deranged (in fact, very deranged even for Asia) and simply cute in an Asian way. And it’s all supported again by Park’s precise directing, splendid technical side and likeable cast. It’s far from being a movie for everyone, but no one can deny its unarguable qualities. Plus, we are treated to an action wipe-out scene and even yodeling gets a look in. ()

anglais I'm sorry to have to give such a poor review to a movie that has such a great cast. Rain looked amazing even as a maniac and his kiss definitely warmed me up. But the rest of the movie chilled me out perfectly. Too many uncomfortable situations I didn't want to watch and too many creepy things I didn't want to hear. Chan-wook Park disappointed me because he went too far here. For the first time I had trouble finishing watching a South Korean film. A weak 2 stars. ()
